i am using Tata Docomo SIM card, i would like to port to Vodafone, so my father visited to vodafone store at Lakha Building,BJ Patel Road,Nxt to SNDT College,Malad West,Mumbai-400064, Vodafone Store Malad, Maharashtra 400064 there he talked to Ms.Bhagyashree about mobile number portability, she told him that i have to go for post paid plan of some Rs.550 then i called at vodafone executive informed and i conveyed message to Ms.Bhagyashree that i can go for minimum prepaid plan of Rs.74 or 78 but she is not processing my portability request, she also misguided me that Tata Docomo is rejecting MNP request and in many other things, she was also confused in her statements, my father visited above mentioned store on 20/08/2018 and on 21/08/2018. he spent too much time to get my work donee, but at the end Ms.Bhagyashree reacted too rudely to him and not even speaking in nice way , this type pf behaviour was not expected from such a respected and prestigious company having such a large business, and please suggest Ms.Bhagyashree to not misguide any customer and behave with people nicely.
