Hello!!!
I have an unlocked Blackberry Storm 2 9550 (previously on Verizon).I activated ma BIS few days before and I was unable to get EDGE on ma phone.When I went to Vodafone Customer Care Center in Girgaon East the Blackberry representative is not answering me anything because I bought this phone from Verizon(US) that's why he is telling me that Verizon people have blocked ma Device Pin,IMEI number,MEID number etc that's why its not getting registered on Blackberry server and I am not able to get EDGE on ma phone.

When I called Verizon(US) they are like they haven't done anything its due to your service provider(Vodafone IN) that I am not able to use BIS and its clearly mentioned on the Blackberry site to contact service provider for Blackberry Internet Service.

The Blackberry representative name is Zaheer.He is rude and this is really ridiculous.



PLEASE HELP ME OUT
