I have a mobile number ********19 from Vodafon in my name (PRAMOD KUMAR KHANDELWAL)
i HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVING BILLS - either physical or through e mail
This connection has been with me since 2009 and based on phone calls and messages on phone we have been paying the bill amount as advised. In June18, while enquiring from Customer Care about International Roaming services I also raised the issue about non receipt of Bills and high amount of bill. I was surprised and shocked to know that there was a "Black Berry Planof Rs 299/month" active on this phone ! I had never requested or used this package and hence I asked them to discontinue this pack immediately. Since I had neither requested nor used this service I requested Vodafon to waive charges and issue credit, but they have been not agreeing to this and have now suspended services on my phone
