I have purchased Videocon 29\" International series TV in 2007 April by dec 2007 it had lot of problems...it took more than a month for the service technician to come and rectify it but it was a temporary fix..Im facing this problem frequently and lastly I gave complaint on Mach 2009 still now no one has turned up or called me...Im fed up of calling customercare number..and figting with them.

Complainant's Goal: advise not to buy Videocon products....worst quality and services
