SHRI KRISHNA AUTO - Very Very Rude Customer service and misbehaviour by the manager

Sir,
It is to inform you that when we went to your dealer in Kurukshetra (Haryana) name : Shri Krishna Auto at K.D.B Road ,New Mandi,kurukshetra for buying one of your bike BAJAJ PLATINA 125CC.then the manager there was very rude with us regarding the prices of the bike and literally he was doing this for only Rs. 250 Only and then after his rude encounter he said to me that he does not want to sale the bike to you,we were very shocked by his rude behaviour and poor customer services.
Rs. 250 was not the matter and later we were agreed to pay him that money but unfortunately he was still very rude and kept on saying he doesn't want to sale the bike.so, finally we left the showroom after being insulted and went to your another dealer 60 kms away in Panipat and purchased that particular bike in very good price.

another thing which is very important for Bajaj Automobile,which i want to reveal that is that this dealer is not only doing misbehavior, rude and providing poor customer services but he is also cheating their valuable customer by supplying poor mixed quality oil with the servicing of the bikes and also provide poor quality spare parts.this was noticed by one of our company worker when he went to the dealers place for the first service of the bike then he told us the whole story.
later, when our company worker went to the dealer for the 2nd service of the bike he has purchased good quality engine oil (castrol) for bike because he was not satisfy by the lower class engine oil used by the dealer but again that same manager spoke very very rude and told our worker that they only use recommended engine oil for servicing. and tell our worker to take your bike back.
he was also not able to remove any useless noises coming from the new bike and said that he can't hear any noise coming from the new engine.

So, overall speaking this is the matter of serious concern and negetive point for bajaj Auto.
now, you are requested to please take this matter to the higher level. otherwise we are going to take this matter to the consumer court.
