I had send a letter on 20 aug 2013 from ur coonoor office to ernakulam .by any means it should not take more than 48 hrs to reach ekm.its 24th today....n the guy at coonoor says it has not been dispatched from coonoor.........since it has to reach cochin it wl take time....WAT IS DIS??????
Within 48 hrs a man can walk down to cochin from coonoor n reach here in time..........and u guys cant deliver a letter.................PATHETIC.......just shut down d service and be at home.............
