WADHWA GROUP - VERY IMP. COMPLAINT AGAINST PRAKASH AUTO

Sir,

I am the owner of a Maruti Dzire bearing regn. no. MH-05-BL-200 which was purchased by me just 13 months back.

That 3 days ago the vehicle was sent by me to your authorized workshop in Ulhasnagar from where I was receiving calls for service and check up under AMC contract.

The vehicle was taken by the workshop staff and the inventory was made. Thereafter the service of the vehicle was carried out and the vehicle was given to my driver.

But as soon as my driver started the vehicle, it could not be moved in the gear hence the car was not picked up and the keys were given back to the staff.

Thereafter the service staff called me saying that the Gear box has some problems. I told them that the vehicle was very much in good condition and there were no any complaints.

Even at the time of inventory no such complaints were noted by your staff.

Thereafter the staff assured me that they will rectify the problem without charging me any penny as the vehicle was in proper and running condition at the time of handing over to the staff.

I was assured delivery of the vehicle today. But i was shocked today to know a new problem about the Clutch Plate and i was intimated a cost of Rs. 10-12,000/- for repairing.

I spoke to the service staff and said them that I need the car back in the same condition when it was handed over for servicing.

I am also disappointed with the behavior of the staff of Prakash Auto.

The owner of Prakash Auto was even sent behind the bars for killing his own wife with his revolver

When I asked Mr. Shaikh that does this workshop belongs to that person who had killed his own wife, he said YES! I have recorded the said call and shall forward it to you.

Sir, I am Maruti Suzuki user from last several years and Maruti has always been my choice but this kind of behavior and treatment from the Prakash Auto has disappointed me. I shall also forward the case to the social sites and electronic and paper media if required.

I request you to kindly look into the matter seriously and instruct the staff of Prakash Auto to kindly repair my car and give it to me in the running condition as it was at the time of handing over to them, immediately.

I want an apology in writing within 24 hours.

I also want the claim of Rs. 5,000/- per day from the date and time of giving my vehicle to the service center.

Also note that further delay shall also be claimed of Rs. 5,000/- for every 12 hours.

Failing to which, i shall be forced to file complaint against your authorized workshop for their illegal acts.
