i am ubaid ali khan from jammu i bought the new r15 from J.K YAMAHA GREATER KAILASH JAMMU back in december 2012 ... last month i met with a small accident then i claimed insurance .... we ordered the front frame and headlight part ....since last month i am waiting for my bike and its part .... nothing has come...!! i am very disappointed from YAMAHA i didn't expected this kind of behavior from yamaha..!! i am helpless and jk yamaha is not even bothered to help .. i am stuck in one place only... my brother wanted to buy a bike from yamaha but now he has changed his plan.... yamaha disappointed us badly ,.... plz send my bike's part as soon as possible..!!
