I have purhcased the new I10 Magna from Orion hyundai on 1st of Jan 2014. I have made all the payment and all documentation being submitted. But it has been more than 45 days and still I didn't get the permanent number and vehicle registration certificate till now. The manager of Orion Hundai named as "M. N. Upadhyay" always talk that my documents are not fully submitted and since my loyalty bonus is due, so that they can't proceed regarding registration of vehicle.
What the hell is that, they have not provided the RC and number even after a month and when I contacted them for vehicle permanent number and RC, they are always talking of documentation pending for loyalty bonus and the manager is asking me to pay the loyalty bonus amount in cash in spite of that I have already paid whole amount to the dealer.
Their attitude and service is pathetic. I had to suffer with 5000 rs fine since I don't have permanent number as my vehicle has been booked by Delhi Police 2 days back.
These company guys are still fighting for the documentation and I am suffering with this pain as not able to use my vehicle due to lack of RC and permanent number.
I would request to all, kindly don't purchase any vehicle from this company as they always make false promises and their services are pathetic.
