I have the four year warranty and run my quanto for 50000 kms with service record with your authorised service centre Sridurga Automobiles. I regret to inform you that your dealership's Sridurga Automobiles Delhi, handling of my Quanto C8 that I had bought in 2013 has caused me serious inconvenience, since one year making it extremely necessary for me to complain against it, considering the following problems:
1. Noise in Engine Fan
2. Nocking in Engine on first gear and sounds like truck engine
3. Serious problem with gear shifting particularly first and reverse gear
4. Deisal getting leaked and hence getting extremely poor mileage
5. Power-window machines not functioning properly

These complaints are not new, I have given my vehicles twice with Sridurga with above problems, but their approach is very negligent and totally unsatisfactory. They don't replace any faulty parts, but they do minor oiling and superficial repairs for temporary relief, but when I drive the vehicle for a couple of days, again the same problems come back. Despite of my repeated reminders during service and complaints bookings, they never solved the major issue of gear shifting which is there since I bought the car.

You are requested to either get me the proper solutions or help me sell off the mahindra quanto. Though I have been a Mahindra vehicles enthusiast but I got very disappointed with the service support at your dealer's end.
