I am Saurabh Chhabra my Idea mobile number is ********80,this complaint is related to my complaint ID 205IC94213 ,I received a message from idea in which it was mentioned that dear customer an amount of Rs 30 /- has been debited from your account on 05-Aug-2011 03:37:14PM towards UTV15 AUDIO MOVIE (UTV15)............
I have no idea what the hell is all this and I want my money back and want to request idea to stop be fooling its customers............
Complainant's Goal: I want the deducted amount back token id 205IC94213

Dear Sir,
We would like to inform that the charges are charged correct under Value added service IDEA Mobile Box Office pack subscription. However refund for the same cannot be processed as activation done after post confirmation. Moreover we request you to kindly contact the Idea customer care for VAS services deactivation or activation.
