Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd. - Unlimted offer with no spped downgrade now has the fair usage?

I got a new tikona connection with 2 Mbps unlimted Internet with Rs 999 + taxes extra that said no speed downngrade and unlimited usage
but now my speed has reduced to 1mbps.
and when i talked to the customer care they said we have fair usage to 50GB. that does not make any sense..
in big letters they wrote unlimted 2mbs now they say that they have fair usage..
i want 2mbps unlimted as promised by the service provider.
