The most atrocious customer service and management. !!! I bought a Uniconnect sim card for my stay in Malaysia and was glad that it was a prepaid option. But it all turned out to be a BIG JOKE!! Recharging through the website is f%^&ing impossible, i spent 3 days trying to recharge and when i called up the customer management, their line was repeatedly busy and then they just kept on transferring my call from one to the other like some JOKE, and finally just hung up mid way. Absolutely disgusted with this company. !! Your pathetic Uniconnect!
