western railway - Train was not stopped after chain pull and suffering loss of approx Rs.10000

My self Lubna parvin kazi(female) start my journey from Ahmedabad to Surat in train no.240B Ahmedbad passenger train in Ladies quata in S1 coach with my son named Ikram kazi(Male 8 yrs )and Daughter Arshin kazi (female 4.5 yrs) on dated 07.12.2010@23:00 hrs.I had E-ticket PNR no.********10.After start train from Ahmedabad TTE checked my E- ticket.but unfortunately I forgot my ID proof and so TTE named MR.Dinesh parmar has refused to me not to travel in this coach and he told me to change the coach in maninagar otherwise pay the charge of without ticket.I carry two travel bag and my son and daughter.so i first lift my one travel bag put at maninagar plateform no.2 and then go inside for taking my anothertravel bag and my son &daughter,during this time train start from maninagar and i had left my one travel bag at plateform no.2 so i Pulled the chain to stop the train but train was not stopped.So i decending at vatva station with my son and daughter and one travel bag and informed to station manager regarding my traval bag which i left at maninagar plateform no.2.He immediately call to RPF maninagar for finding out traval bag.but bag was not found.So i reached at maninagar station from vatva @ midnight 00:30 hrs on dated 08.12.2010 for filed FIR against loss bag but FIR was not written by RPF personal.Due to this technical problem of chain i suffering loss of approx Rs.10000.I personaly complaint against the TTE as he has not giving any personal support on humanity ground as i am with my son and daughter.

Complainant's Goal: To find my bag which is lost and if not possible please pay Rs.10000
