i have purchased a swipe handset from tradus.com, after opening the box i noticed that its a defective piece and when i took it to service center then told me its a defective piece so return it, I have returned the product and now Tradus is not responding as they are not having any call center and they are not responding to my mails.
It is really a pain to interact with them, every time I send the mail they respond after 2-3 days.
Now i just need my money refunded.
