I was travelling to Euorpe on a business trip and my office guys got me a uniconnect sim card for Europe. I was promised an initial airtime of rs 1000 which never got credited in my account. Nobody in their office had any idea about activating data plan on my number â€“ thus me spending extra on data usage. Such a pathetic service and equally sad product offering. Totally rejected.
