Tata Motors - totally disheartened by service of TATA

MY CAR WHICH IS UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD DEVELOPED PROBLEMS IN ITS ENGINE ON 05 SEPT WHERE IN THE CAR WAS NOT GETTING STARTED AND WAS GIVING OUT WHITE FUMES.CAR WAS SHOWN TO NATIONAL GARRAGE JAMMU WHERE IN THEY TOLD THAT IT IS MINOR PROBLEM AND IS RECTIFIED.HOWEVER THE SAME PROBLEM CONTINUIED AND THE VERY NEXT DAY I TOOK THE CAR BACK TO NATIONAL GARRAGE.HOWEVER THIS TIME THEY EVEN FAILED TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM AND THE TECHNICIANS OUT THERE TOOK 5 DAYS TO TRACE OUT THE PROBLEM THAT TO AFTER REPEATED REMINDERS.ITS WAS TOLD THAT THE ENGINE HAS BEEN DEMANDED WITH TATA AND THE SAME IS AWAITED.AFTER 15 DAYS OF VEH BEING IN WORKSHOP I APROCHED TATA FOR RESOLVING THE ISSUE .TO MY SUPRISE IT HAS COME TO THE NOTICE THAT THE DEALER HAS BEEN ORDERED TO LOCALISE THE PROBLEM BY OPENING UP THE ENGINE FOR WHICH THE DEALER WAS RELUCTANT TO DO.WHEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT THE STATUS OF ENGINE WITH THE CGM BHARAT CHAWLA HE WAS NOT EVEN AWARE OF WHAT IS HAPPENING IN HIS WORKSHOP AND MOREOVER SHOWED HIS ATTITIUDE AND ARROGANCE.EVEN AFTER THE ENGINE WAS DELIVERED FROM TATA THE GARRAGE PEOPLE ARE TAKING MORE THAN 5 DAYS TIME TO FIT IT AND GIVE IT BACK.IT WAS TOLD TO ME THAT THE CAR HAS BEEN REPAIRED AND IS READY FOR COLLECTION.ONCE I REACHED THE GARRAGE TO TAKE MY CAR IT IS INFORMED TO ME THAT THERE IS SOME MORE PROBLEM WHICH WILL TAKE TIME TO RECTIFY AND THERE IS SOME PROBLEM TO FILL GAS IN AC AS THE SAME MACHINE IS UNDER REPAIR.MY BAD ORDEAL WITH TATA AND THE NATIONAL GARBAGE STILL CONTINUES.EVEN THOUGH AFTER REPEATED REMINDERS NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM THE SIDE OF NATIONAL GARRAGE AS WELL AS TATA.
