Total inconvenience to use Clay Sims --- Hi, my dad had suggested me to get a clay international sim card for my trip to Brazil. I was told while I was signing the agreement form that Brazil is one of their strong markets and the network over there will never let me down. Like I would be connected all the time with no issues whatsoever that I could think of. While I agreed to all their conditions, and happily got the clay sim, I had a really pathetic experience in their so called “STRONG MARKET”. There were no signals anywhere. No signals to even call their customer services. While I did all the permutation combinations to get that sim to work, it was all hopeless. Having tried everything, I called up their customer services from the landline ( paid a bomb for that as well ) but those refused to extend any solution and kept on saying it will be fine in a few hours., just a minor glitch. Well that MINOR glitch was MAJOR because that sim card was redundant for me. I didn’t use it all at. Very bad service and very bad experience.
