I travelled from Nagercoil to Chennai on 24th April 2011(Sunday) in the coach S5. The train started from Nagercoil at 5:50 PM, I noticed water was not running in the toilet and sink tap. I complained with the TTE who said that he'll inform the Madurai station, but the tank was not filled until the train reached Chennai. Ever since the train started from Nagercoil passengers were using the toilets, but they couldn't flush it, the entire compartment was stinking. I have been a patron of southern railways, but now I feel, I won't travel for a very long time to come. Please ensure the apprppriate officials are punsihed for their recklessness, so that such incidents can be avoided.
