Hi,

Please help me out. I want register below complaint against TIMTARA.COM.

It has been almost FOUR months i am taking follow up of my product
delivery then for refund. The said order was placed for HTC 8X mobile
(32100/-) on 3rd dec 2012. Due to product unavailability at TIMTARA i
had opted to cancel the order & send request for refund. As per
Timtara call center reply the refund request was generated on 21st
Jan13 & said amount should be refund in next 8 working days.

Still after 2 month also there is no reply from any Timtara concern
person. I had made several calls to timtara call center but there was no positive reply. I am paying penalty charges of credit card from
past 2 months.
I am really annoyed of taking follow up from your Timtara call center.
Its an kind request to you that please help me out to get refund from
Timtara.

I cant except this kind of service from Tim-tara.
