Our suggesstion that if ordinary second class ticket purchase by senior citizen, Inthat train it made upgrade like ac, Why the TT charge full rate not concession price. If ordinary ticket is purchased concessional price by seniopr citizen, while upgrading the ticket the sessional charge should be there. pls reply
