We are travelling by Goa Express from Delhi to Hubli on 18th Jan2012. Coach A2/Seat No. 20, 22, 41 & 42. PNR. No. 2127162590
When we reached near Manmad, we couldn't get Water bottles from the Railway Pantry guys and only the Local vendors were selling water at Rs.15/- which is Rs.3/- more than the MRP. When we asked them to give the water for Rs.12/- they refused and when we insisted, the guy started becoming abusive. Later upon telling this to the concerned TC, he told that the Local vendors here bully the railway pantry guys and don't let them sell water and beverages around manmad. First of all I am shocked to find that anyone selling anything is allowed in the AC coach.

I wonder if the Indian Railway is going to take any action.

A disturbed passenger. As I am typing this, I'm still in the train and I can still see lots of uninvited vendors selling toys, fruits, nuts, tea, water, snacks..
