The company claims 365x24x7 service for domain registrations and hosting services.

We have several domains registered with them for several years. However, yesterday I had an urgent need to change the domain ip name servers as I had to change my servers.

I WAS SHOCKED TO LEARN THAT SUCH A LARGE COMPANY CLAIMING TO BE ONE OF THE LEADING DOMAIN REGISTRAR'S IN INDIA, did not provide technical services over the weekend however urgent it maybe.

THEY ALSO DO NOT HAVE ANY MANAGERS AVAILABLE ON DUTY OVER THE WEEKEND WHOM I COULD SPEAK TO WHEN I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBERS.

They only have junior tele sales guys on weekends who can only speak to you but cannot help in anyways because there is no backup technical team working on weekends.

DON'T RISK YOUR DOMAINS WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE EMERGENCIES LIKE I HAD THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR HELP ON WEEKEND AND NIGHTS.

Even the smallest domain registrar company in US and UK provide 24x7 support for such small technical requirements which should have been done in less than 1 hour.
