On 7th november i made a purchase of rs.12,990 (order no : 8949)and 9th i received a email saying that they can deliver the product to my address and asking for my bank details to refund the amount. This was the first and last communication i received from them after i made the payment. After that i called they on the contact no 0********73(provided on the web site) it as just ringing or switched off after 20days i got the line through and i spoke to a lady she said it will be refunded an a week time. I called them after a week and again it was just ringing or switched off, after 2days again a lady picked the call and said it will be refunded the next day. its almost 3 days they just dont pick my call. if i call from different number they pick the call but once the give the order no they just disconnect the call.
i called these people from a different no and spoke to a lady and she said the manager was in a meeting and 2 days back the person went to deposit the amount but the bank was closed.
and it will take 2 more days as because they need to discuss regarding my refund
