Respected Sir,

My mobile was theft from my pocket on Saturday,7 May 2011.

I stepped in to bus no 502 at 7.15 from Water Tank, BTM Layout, Bangalore bus stand and when I checked my mobile NOKIA handset Model No 5800XpressMusic Touch screen at Uddupi Garden bus stand, it was not there. Its been noted that I put it into my pocket before stepping in( and it was in my pocket when I stepped into the bus) and the distance of these bus stands are hardly 200 Mtrs.

I contacted the local police station at MICO Layout, Bangalore with the details as this phone( Vodafone Mobile no ********92) was ringing till then. Initially they refused to take any action and asked for IMEI no and my Mobile bill. Later I visited with all the original bills and gave them details. The concern officer acknowleded the receipt of my theft on a plain paper.

I just want to put into your notice that the Thief picked phone twice, one from my friend and one my call, but he didnt talk much and disconnect the calls. Later he diverted calls to some airtel mobile no which was not picked by anybody.This phone was switched on till sunday 08May 2011. Later I believe he removed the SIM card.
