I had orders flowers worth 400/- rupees (31/1/14)which the site said was a "same day delivery". It has yet not reached. Contacting the customer care they said the following

"This is to inform you that the address of the recipient that you have mention is incorrect,when our delivery boy try to contact on recipient mobile number more that 6 times but recipient has not pick up the,so we will treat this order as an attempt to be delivery neither we can do the delivery nor we can refund you the amount."

The truth is there has been no call and the address given was right as i have used the same as my postal address. When asked where i can take the flowers as they will not refund, or any contact of the agents responsible they have not replied yet.

After checking online reviews i found that i was not alone.
