Sirs,

i was recruited for the post of VP-Credit by the above company on 06.05.2015 and my gross package per month was Rs.75k, on which they had deducted a TDS of 10% every month till July 31st. I had quit the company on 16.08.2015, for which they did not pay me any salary . But i find that they had not deposited the TDS amount they deducted from my salary with Income tax while generating 26as from income tax site, against my PAN.

Complainant's Goal: Salary too not paid for the 15 days and TDS also deducted but not paid to IT
