activation of welcome tune facility without my knowledge and continuwing till my balance go to zero
dear sir
i m retailer
my name is hukum chand
my tata indicom no is ********96
i use my indicom mobile only for recharge,
i didnot make any incomming or outgoing call through this network
i had rs. 90 initially balance, when i purchase indicom phone
how can cut my balance ????
my call record also so that i have not made any call, past 6 month
i always switch of my phone, then how can be activate caller tune facilitiy ???
