I had a tata docomo prepaid connection (********83) since last one year, it automatically deduct Rs. 30/- every month for "ShareChota" subscription which i never asked to activate. I complaint it to the customer care serveral times(more than 10 times) since last year, in May once Rs 30 was refunded in to my balance through the customer care, but still every month the deduction continues. The customer care executives promised everytime that the service was deactivated and from next month this deduction will not be happen, but no effect, the deduction continues since last one year. Please solve this problem.
