Hi Team,
My mobile no is ********33, Recently I have recharged with RC 29 for STD pack
- I had referred posters from TATA DOCOMO for this RC 29 STD pack
- The Posters printed mentioned STD call rates will change to 1.2ps/2sec
- There was no mention of any other call rate changes on the posters
- Once recharge was done I see the local call rates increase to 1.5ps/sec from 1.2ps/sec
- Sent several emails to listen@tatadocomo.com but same answers from all the Custome Rep its charged as per plan
- My question is "Where in your plan published on posters " you have mentioned local call rates will increase from 1.2ps/sec to 1.5ps/sec
I even sent pictures of the posters but idiotic reps sitting there cant see images I believe who keep responding same thing.
Why does your posters dont have complete details about plan stating it will increase call rates ?? Had I known this never would have recharged with such plan.
Keep calling customer care more than 100 times in last 3-4days but it keep saying "customer rep" busy on call try later or send email to listen@tatadocomo.com
Sent more than 6 emails and same reply which appears copy pasted.
The guy calls me up and says same crap story.
If he had to say same story why call me ??
- Unlike other bunch of idiots he seems a bigger idiot who cant understand problem
- Clearly problem is stated here
- All supporting docs attached with pictures
- He says poster may be old, what ?? October 2013 was it last year ??
- Then says * mark must be there I hope idiot not wearing spectacles check screenshot or go and check your poasters printed
- Dont have patience to talk and disonnects calls half way
Is this what a customer should expect resolution to problem ??
Dont screw happiness of customers by giving wrong details and claims
