Dear Sir,

Last week at around 7.15 P.M i hired an Auto with registration no. AP-09, TA 587 from Road NO.12 Banjara hills to Avantinagar Colony, Basheerbagh. Normally it works out to be just 7.2 to 7.5 KM however today the meter reading was showing 9.7 K.M. I even told the Auto Driver on the way that something is wrong with the meter as there itself meter touched 7 K.M. But he denied as usual. He ended up charging me 100 Rs all together whereas it actually works out 60 to 65 Rs only. Please look into my complain seriously as this is happening very frequently with most of the autos these days. I could not note the other autos' registration numbers so could not put in a complaint earlier. I travel twice everyday to the same destination and back home.

Respected Sir/Madam,

Today i have taken auto with registration no. AP-11, Y4641 from DD Colony to Himayatnagar. Where the distance should be below 5KMs. but auto meter shows 7KMs and the driver is demanding for more to pay.
Please consider the complaint as there are several autos with the same problem.
Even though after digitalizing the meters, drivers could able to cheat us.
please take necessary action like such autos.
