SUSPECT CHEATING WITH FAKE DOCUMENTS / ALLOTMENT OF PLOTS

I am Kumari Srinivas w/o N. Srinivasa Rao (Aged 38 years, Citizen of Republic of Singapore and also Director of SRK Engineering Pte Ltd, Singapore) residing in Singapore along with my family. Recently I was very impressed on recent speeches by Mr N. Chandrababu Naidu (Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh) that, he is encouraged & invited foreign investors to invest on Properties or Business in Andhra Pradesh (India). I have purchased property on 29th July 2015 in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
I would like to draw your attention on my Plots occupation issue and provide strong investigation with police officials.
I am absolute owner of two vacant sites bearing Plot No.7 measuring an extent of 311.11 sq. yards or 260.128 sq. meters and Plot No.8 measuring an extent of 700sq. yards or 585.291 sq. meters covered by S.N0-182/2, VUDA L.P No-2/1995, Patta No.585 situated at Venkatadri Nagar Layout, Chinamushidivasa, Pendurthi Mandal, Visakhapatnam within the limits of Pendurthi Sub-Registry and Greater Visakhapatnam municipal corporation, having purchased the same through two registered sale deeds dated 29/07/2015 bearing documents No.3891/2015 and 3892/2015 SRO, Pendurthi from Mr Penmatsa Subba Raju. On 10th of Febuary 2016, my Plot No.7 was occupied (Broken my existing compound wall for new separate Metal Gate & erected new partition wall in my plot middle with Sing board) by Mr Y Bhaskar Babu IDSE, Dy. Director (Utility) MES at Station Road, Viskhapatnam – 530004 His Mobile Numbers: ********09 & ********69 and he is brother of Mr Y. Prem Babu, DGP, Vigilance & Enforcement, Srikakulam. He is claiming that, he bought previously Plot No.6 under his daughter name. But several years ago Plot No.6 was already constructed Group House and residents are occupied Plot No.6.
My uncle Mr Galla Thata Rao @ Naidu went to Pendurthi Police station on 10th Febuary 2016 for launch Police complaint (FIR), but no one entertained him. I am really very disappointed and no one help to my uncle in that Police station. I am preparing SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY in favour of my uncle Mr Galla Thata Rao @ Naidu, S/O Late Appala Naidu, Aged 57 years, Residing at D.No. 1-6, Narava Village, Pendurthi Mandal, Visakhapatnam, Andhrapradesh, India.
Purchased Plots from: Mr. Penmetsa Subba Raju, S/O Late Narasimha Raju, D.No.50-104-2/A, Plot No.A-20, T.P.T.Colony, Seethammadhara, Visakhapatnam. His Mobile Number. ********44.

Director (Utility) MES at Station Road, Viskhapatnam – 530004, Residing at D.No.13-1-1/8A, Anthony Nagar, Opp.Green Park Hotel, Maharanipeta, Visakhapatnam – 520002. His Mobile Numbers: ********09 & ********69 (he is brother of Mr Y. Prem Babu, DGP, Vigilance & Enforcement, Srikakulam District, Andhra Pradesh).
