Sub: Pathetic Service Levels & Arrogant Behavior by Mr.Mallesh – Work Shop Manager, Varun Motors, Autonagar, Hyderabad
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, I would like to convey my terrible experiences with one of your dealer - Varun Motors, Autonagar, Hyderabad. Post purchase of my vehicle, subsequently have visited Varun Motors around four times for servicing and minor repairs/rectifications. Never have they done their job perfectly. Every time they do false commitments with irresponsible behavior.
Yesterday, I have given my vehicle for third service. The service advisor made me to wait for one hour and in due course have called up Mr.Mallesh, Works Manager half a dozen times on his hand-set who didn’t even pick up the call. After an hour, when I met him personally, face-to-face, he arrogantly responded saying that he had no calls from my side. More over his behavior and attitude was very rude which is completely not acceptable.
I have also come across several times thru my friends, near & dear that this particular dealer’s motive is only sales and they are least bothered about service aspect after sale. This is definitely true as I’m the classic example and victim. I’m sure; such kind of dealers will put a black-spot and damage the image of great organization like Maruti Suzuki.
My humble request is to take care of your esteemed customers before you lost. This is not a monopolistic market but market with cut- thru competition, dynamic and ever changing.
Kind Attn.: This dealer assembles inferior accessories/extra fittings with high charges. They do not issue bill for the same.

GOOD MORNING SIR.

I HAD PURCHASED A WAGON R IN 2014 FROM VARUN MARUTI, GAJUWAKA, VISAKHAPATNAM. SINCE THEN TILL NOW, MY VEHICLE IS UNDER THEIR SERVICE. THE STAFF WERE GOOD, COURTEOUS, HELPFUL. BUT EVEN THE SMALLEST SPARES LIKE BATTERY TERMINAL CONNECTORS ARE ALSO NOT READILY AVAILABLE. MY SERVICE ADVISER SRI R PRASANTH VARMA COULD PURSUE ONE PAIR TO SERVE ME. OFTEN WAITING FOR SPARES. IF THEY DONT HAVE SPARES WITH ThEM, THEY CAN LOCALLY PROCURE FROM OTHER SUPPLIERS, COMPLETE THE JOB. BUT VARUN MARUTI DOESNT DO THAT. IN THIS PATHETIC STATE, THOUGH ASSOCIATED FOR MORE THAN TEN YEARS, I AM LEFT WITH NO OPTION, BUT TO LEAVE VARUN MARUTI AND APPROACH LOCAL PRIVATE GARAGES, SUPPLIERS

Serious Service and Billing Issues - Immediate Attention Required:
Dear Varun Motors Team,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the recent service experience I had at Varun Motors - Vizianagaram.

I initially given my vehicle in for service on 20th December 2023, and it was returned to me today. However, I am disappointed to report that this has become an all-too-familiar pattern, with this being the third time I've had to return my vehicle for what your service team has termed as 'outstanding' service. Out of nearly 10 service visits, 5 to 6 times I have had to bring it back for what appears to be recurrent issues. This continuous cycle of service-related problems is not only inconvenient but also extremely frustrating.

Furthermore, I would like to bring to your attention a billing issue related to an insurance claim I filed for dents and color. To my surprise, I have been billed again for the same issue, leaving me bewildered and frustrated. I have paid over 15,000 INR, and I am starting to feel like I am part of some kind of joke. This is unacceptable, and I kindly request you to review the bills I have attached for your reference. Additionally, I noticed that the front bumper painting has been repeated twice, raising concerns about the quality of service provided.

Adding to my frustration, I have received a new bill claiming that the previous one was incorrectly printed. This lack of professionalism in handling billing matters is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on the reputation of Varun Motors.

I have attached a sample picture for your reference to illustrate the condition in which my vehicle was returned. The service quality appears to be subpar, and I expected a much higher standard of work from Varun Motors.

Lastly, I have attempted to reach out to Varun Motors via Twitter, but unfortunately, there has been no response. Hence, I am resorting to this email communication to bring these issues to your immediate attention.

I would also like to mention that the slides of my car's AC have broken, which raises questions about the quality of service provided by your team.

I trust that Varun Motors values its customers and their feedback. I kindly request a prompt and thorough investigation into these issues, along with a transparent and satisfactory resolution. I believe that addressing these concerns promptly will help in maintaining the reputation of Varun Motors for providing quality service.

I look forward to your earliest response and a resolution to these matters.
