I have purchased a 7 KG washing machine from APOLLO SALES CORP. Rajapuri, Sector-5, Dwarka, New Delhi on 23rd November 2011 with a warranty period of two years i.e. 22nd October 2013. I hereby submit a complaint of LG full automatic (7 KG) washing machine (Complaint No. RNA 130********9 dated 13th August 2013) requested with LG customer care within warranty period. The Technician came after one week to attend the washing machine but could not repair so the washing machine had been taken to the LG Service Center after few days with a promise that the washing machine will get back with 48 hours. But even after seven days, the machine was not returned back and not intimated any information about the current status of the machine. After repeated phone calls, they brought back the machine after eleven days. Although the initial problem was resolved but they created another one. Therefore, again I had called them and narrated the new problem. Next day, one Technician came but was not able to do anything and told me that he would come next day with the required spares. But he didn't turn up and instead send two Technicians without any spares. On 12th Sept. 2013, they came again and couldn't do anything and took time more than one hour. Instead of repairing, they damaged the washing machine fully. Then I again called to the Service Center on phone no.********47 and the person ignored my phone calls. I called again another phone number ********48 and that person behaved with me so rudely and told me he could not do anything and forced/advised to go to a local service center. So today, I registered complaint in the LG Customer Care (RNA 130********3 dated 14th Sept. 2013). I had tried number of times to contact Mrs. Sobha Pandey on mobile no.********82 but she had also not picked my telephone. I think the Technicians are not trained and don't know anything at all and that the reason the customer like me are suffering a lot and the reputation of LG is deteriorating day by day. It is requested to take the above complaint seriously and take necessary corrective action immediately to resolve the problem.
