I had ordered online from their shopping site on 22-July-2012," steel craft organiser set(pack of 3)".Its price was Rs 1700. Instead they sent me another product "Steel craft smart organiser" for Rs 1500.I paid the Cash on delivery money Rs1700.

Then I lodged a complaint for replacement of the wrong product delivered on 25-July-2012.They promised they will call within 48 hours but they didnt call or replace the product.
