I submitted handset for minor fault on 29-07-2010.due to some reasons store has been closed whre I submitted the same,now I recieved a call from the store manager on dated 15-09-2010 to collect the handset from tagore garden,they are trying to give me a old handset replacment of my handset,bcoz they said my handset is lost by the service centre,Why should I take a old,poor n tuta futa handset in replacment of my new handset.
