Had opted for idea prepaid plan and activated rs. 201 unlimited 2g plan on my mobile number 91 ********94 The plan is on fair usage policy of reduced speed of 40 kbps after usage of 2gb as mentioned But in my case I get max 1 to 4 kbps after my 2gb usage was over. This is ridiculous as the pages take hell lot of time to open also downloads take ages. If it is 40 kbps than atleast 20 - 25 kbps is fine but 4 kbps is irritating. Why simply say its unlimited N get the plan activated. So less speed is not done wish idea cellular provided me speed as committed. I made complaint on Customer care N they reg complaint on (18 -06-2014 com no 1-45********1) said everything is fine N june 21 and they call me today and inform they solve the problam but they cannot optimise my speed of Internet. If thats the case than how cud they optimise my data speed to max 1-4 kbps when they committed 40 kbps under fair usage policy. This is cheating. I m disappointed N regret choosing idea network after knowing that they cannot do anything for me
