I have purchased a sony LED before 3 years, i have got a display problem before 3 months i have raised a complaint to the customer care and a person visited my home and checked TV and he said that the display has gone need to change and it will cost around 22k, we said ok and he has given a job card and asked for 10k advance we have also paid that too, after a week time he again called me and said the display for your TV display is not available in the market you will not get it anywhere in india. Tell me if sony can't give a spares to his own brand then were we will get ??????????

I have bought my TV for 62k and now they are asking for exchange for only 2k, this is very horable and i need a solution for this immediately
