Sony Center - SONY CARE ill Behaviour and Conduct

Respected Sir/Mam.
This is Amar Kumar from Bangalore, Karnataka. Sir, I Recently Visited an Authorized Sony Service Center in Malleshwaram, Bangalore "NUMERIC COMMUNICATION". I have Purchased Sony XPERIA J two Months back, it fell off by mistake and got some scratches, i took it to the service center and asked them to replace the , middle plate and the battery door, on 1st June i submitted my phone to the SONY CARE, my handset was in fully working condition, they produced an estimated bill of Rs. 1650 and issued one job sheet for replacing the panels.
The Ticket Number for this was 130******** and Job no. W1130********
on 6th June they called me from the number +********5213 and told you need to pay an amount of Rs.2500, i asked the how it came to this much of amount it was estimated to be Rs.1650, they told two wires on the phone is cut , i asked them how the wire has been cut, i just gave you to replace the panels, you don't have anything to do with the wires.They being so rude,cut my call and said do you know better than us about phone's part? tell us if you want to go with it?

I was so shocked, what the changing of the panel has to do with the wire cut,and my phone too was working absolutely fine at the time of deposition, i rushed to the SONY CARE leaving all my important and very personal work.
i inquired it about, they where not responding properly, i told call the personal there and show me , where the wire has been cut?
i told how much amount you all were asking? how come it reached to Rs.2500 a sudden, i stood really angry for this, they said no its RS.1650 only, i asked them show me where the wire has been cut? they had no answers!
Lastly i said if you do like this to the me again , i'll put a complain to the consumer court, they said "do whatever you want".
they showed a very ill behavior, to this, i was so harassed about this, they din't took it seriously, i asked why did you tell it will cost Rs.2500, they said you might have got wrong information, i told you called me saying my name on the phone and told that i need to change my panels and have to pay RS.2500 for the wire cut? how come it's like that? this is purely not a misunderstanding that has happened. you were in an intention to cheat a customer, telling that wires have been cut.
they too din't answer for it.
and i could see lots of people where there same frustrated as me, for one or the other cause. All being illegally charged and being not responded properly.

Now my question is if SONY AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER is doing this kind of cheap activities, what would be the impression on their customer?
from back few years, i am a regular customer to the Sony Mobiles
i have bought several phones and i have a huge trust on the company, i never got to visit to the SONY CARE for any phones. i own Sony Ericsson T230i, T290i, K300i, K750i, S321,Mix Walkman Phone, and i planned to buy XPERIA J this time, i always praise Sony
for their sleek and clean interface and much attractive features at the reasonable price lines, but after this i have lost my faith in SONY, the way their customers are handled after their purchase, i was so unhappy with this act, that i called customer care and told everything about this. They said we will definitely raise your voice and you also mail at this given E-mail address.
So, i am mailing this to you, hoping you would be concerned about this. and you will take some serious steps regarding this, i had to go under unnecessary harassment and loss of travelling expenses. with this behavior of SONY CARE who'll be held responsible for loss of my valuable time and money.
Please take some serious action and be kind enough to pass this message to SONY.
Its' bringing a bad Name to the company.
