Domiciliary claim not settled on the basis of "Not applicable"

I claimed my domiciliary on 19/07/2010. My registration number is 100294245.

I mailed it to the Media assist and they assured me that it will be settled after 07

days. It was even after 07 days settled. I again mailed and they told to wait for

next 03 days.Even after a series of mails , I didnot get any reply and one day

they replied in a very unclear way that it is "not applicable" when similar claim

(Registration number :- 4340188) was settled earlier.

Attaching herewith the jpg file for the new claim which is not yet settled.

Please help me as due to this I have got a huge loss. Looking forward for your

kind action.
