Mr. Devang has collected persoanl documents for sim number ( 4G) ********78 and not activated the sim
this gentleman if i may say so has collecetd documets and not delivered sims .. i presume he is into some fraudent deals and hoodwinkin Airtel and Vodafone

i came to know that he was with Airtel when he contacted me .. but then shifted to Vodafone and is not taking calls after colelcitng all my documents ..

Complainant's Goal: get my documents and ascertain whether he is using same for illegal connecitons
