In October 2010, I have given a Lee Cooper shoe for replacement (replacement slip no. 6985) to Brand Factory, Vaishali, Ghaziabad as the sole started to crack within a week of purchase. I have been told that replacement can take upto 2 months as the shoe factory is in Himachal Pradesh. But there was no reply after 2 month and when i went back to store I came to know its closed down. After contacting each and every place i reached a person name Sunil Kumar Bhardwaj email: sunilkumar.bhardwaj@futuregroup.in who told me to mail the replacement slip to him. I mailed on 24 march 2011 but received no reply. I reminded on same email on 24th April 2011 but no reply.
I dont know whom to approach in this case now its more then 8 months.
