GODREJ INDIA - Service station of Godrej company is harrasing my parents

My parents purchased Godrej refrigerator on 29.6.2009.Just after ten days of its purchase it had sound problem.My father went to service station and filled complaint.They sent technician Mr Sunil twice but he could not identify the problem.Thereafter other technician was sent but he also could not find the problem.In this way one year passed thereafter one person was sent by service station who said that gas needs to be filled and asked for money.My first complaint is that inspite of filling complaint with service station why service station could not identify the problem and thus delay took place due to fault of service station.Now when I called service station they said gas can be filled after paying money and that to with gurantee of three months.It means after every three months gas has to got filled in NEW Godrej Refrigerator.My parents cannot go to service station again and file complaint or gas filled after three months again.so,they want that refrigerator should be replaced and correct piece to be given so i want Godrej co. should action immediately as complaint has been filled on tollfree no. also complaint no.is 986991 and mailed at acddel@eurekaosl.com thrice but nothing has been done.
