MTS DATA CARD, Third Class Services provided by the MTS India.

Following is My Experience Using MTS DATA Card.

1)I took MTS Data Card on 21st Nov 2010, same day I tried to launch a complain related to network Issue, but ther Customer Service person told me that they will not accept complain related to network Issue, you will have to wait for next 24 hours, so I have lost one day, next day I launched a complain, they took 7 days to resolve the complain so again I lost 7 days, after that, they called me that your documents are not in order so we will disconnect your services, and they did so, so again I lost 3 days to resolve, even though I handed over docs in MTS Gallery. Again Network Issue Started, I Launched a complain, but then their person Mr. Nav Neet ( technical support visited my home on 3rd Dec 2010 ( Friday ) , and found out problem related to speed was only 3 to 4 kbps only. I spoke to him Immediately and he told me that your complain will be forwarded on Monday to Technical Dept., Again I called him on Monday, 6th Dec 2010, he told me that complain is been forwarded to technical dept. and they will all you and sort out issue with in 24 hours, but till now no one from technical department called me or come to my work place to sort out issue. I even called Nodal officer but then she has no answer, she told me that your problem will be resolved, I send her a message as well but with no reply from her, she told me that she has replied my mail and she will resend, but till now I have not recd any mail from her, whatever mail I am sending she is receiving, and she told me may be some problem in your mail, so I send msg to applet manager, but then again there was no response from them. So I decided to send msg to their Russia headquarter, and I send it, but again no reply from them as well.

Following is my thinking on this issue.

1)Once you took a services from this kind of service provider then for you all a nightmare.
2)They purposely will not reply you msgs since you have take prepaid plan.
3)Full month they will not respond your msg and end of the month they will sort out your issue,
4)So you cannot use device whole month and to launch any complain you compulsory have to take additional months usage.
5)So your one month is time and money is wasted. ( your prepaid charges + your Calls to their customer services.
6)Then they will give you compensation for one month .
7)No one will talk about time and business loss.
8)If we do not made payment on time they will disconnect services Immediately, but if they fail providing service what should we do.

My compensation is Rs. 7,00,000 ( India Rs. Seven Lakh ) Loss of business and time behind calling them
