My protest about the flat in Sanjana Brindavan Apartments, Bangalore [ UNDER CONSTRUCTION ] Kasavanahalli, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore-562125, Karnataka, INDIA, that the builder totally annoy me and demanding pointless payment. i am ready to pay usual charges i have compliant numerous time but there are no reply. I had to take some legal papers from them for receiving a home loan but they have postponed same by four months. In between I have written them message and also met them numerous times. I request them to give me essential legal papers soon so that I can give your insist in time otherwise I will not be accountable to any late charges. Now they are imposing late payment of around 20000 on me for delay payments. I wrote them letter regarding their delays and hence surrender off any penalty on me. They are not giving me solutions. I request consumer forum kindly get in the way in my matter and teach a lesson to such people. I can produce proof of my communication to them. Also kindly advise me a better way to file a complaint against them.
