I purchased Samsung galaxy s4 mini on 12-10-2013, Thursday I put mobile to re-charging the battery, while removing I saw display has blank. But phone working is ok, display completely blank.
I give my mobile in mysore service center for service at 11’o Clock, I received a call from service center at 1.30 your mobile LCD display has broken, while giving mobile to service center he has checked before taking he also now Display has not broken.
Now service center person is telling pay the 5700rs for display. Why I have to pay for your problem tell me sir.
Still now I have not taken mobile from service center.
I have trust on Samsung mobiles that’s why I purchased a mobile, now there is no trust on Samsung.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Very true. I also purchased a Smasung DUOS GT-S7562 model in July and I had to go to service center 3 times with multiple issues(Slow performance,Audio jack issue Battery backup and frequent hanging issue).
But, I am truly disappointed to have got a faulty product and no proper service. Kindly help me fix this issue.
i would like to convey message that , on Aug 2013 i went to the Samsung care shop in mathura at bhuteshwar road. i am having Samsung mobile wave 2 s8530. my mobile screen got damaged due to some of the problems and i went there to change my screen , they cost me about 3500 hundred with one month warranty and did not given me the balance sheet after repairing my mobile. and after 4 months it again got struck with its software and whenever i change my display theme it get switched off many times whenever i change the theme.
so its request from you that ,it would be very helpful if tell Samsung care in Mathura cantt so that they can call me and make my mobile well.
