Samsung India - Samsung mobile complaint Non corporate at Service centre Moradabad very poor

Dear Sir,

I am extremely sorry to say that i have done the worse by purchasing Samsung mobile in my life.On dated 25.2.2010 i visited the service centre with the name palak communication at Moradabad for my mobile repair under manufacturing guaranty but sorry to say that i was ill treated in the same of SAMSUNG & more over i have asked to switch to NOKIA for better service.

When i asked for service assurance i was told that Samsung so not look for customer service on first priority & you need to wait six month to get your mobile repair.

I only need to know is this the customer service of SAMSUNG a brand name that it had been more than 35 days & i haven’t rec my mobile handset.

I am extremely sorry to say that i have done the worse by purchasing Samsung mobile in my life.On dated 1Dec.2010 i purchesing a mobile samsung 3370 3g its be bed on 5 th dec. i go service station i changr batery but not repair . i ask about to chage a piece of this mobile with in 5 day its bed i say all d people never never never purchasing samsung mobile i have 18 nokia mobile since 8 yrs up to yet never required service... for my mobile repair under manufacturing guaranty but sorry to say that i was ill treated in the same of SAMSUNG & more over i have asked to switch to NOKIA for better service. i want to new piece of samsung 3370 nano

I support this complaint.
Never buy another Samsung product, They are simply cheats, They do not honour warranty or nor do they have spares for doing any service.

i was purchaged a fully automatic wasing machine & now its faulty not working condition.
i was comlaint with Id''********88'' but now 2 days finished & no responce from them after 8-10 time reminder .
its ghatia brand now.

I bought a Samsung Mobile handset D-6666 IMEI No: ********5333164 on 24/12/09.
From that day till today i have visited the samsung service center at Do Batti Ratlam Place for repairing of the phone not charging of my mobile & problem of mother board shorting .maine mera samsung mobile 17/08/10 ko service centre par jama karwaya gaya tha ...uske bad mujhe abhi tak mera phone diya nahi gya so me ye janna chahta hu...ki mujhe mera cell phone jaldi se jaldi repair kar diya jaye ...agr nahi diya gya to me age claim karne ka soch sakta hu..mere cell phone ki wajah se mera bahut sara loss ho gya hai............me ab wait nahi kar sakta hu.............so quickly my reply ................

Never buy another Samsung product, They are simply cheats, They do not honour warranty or nor do they have spares for doing any service, The quality of Samsung Mobiles are the worst and these phones are good for nothing, I bought one Samsung Guru Musik SCH-B519 in December for Rs.3500/- Phone stopped reading memory card by April-2010, Just four months after purchace, The weird problem is that the phone gets overheated if card is inserted,The phone is still under warranty, Went to their service centre at Thrissur Kerala on 24th of April 2010, After a few hours of so called checking The service Centre informed that the Board needs to be changed, and asked me to contact after 10 days, the 10 days repeated for a month and on 22-5-2010 The service centre told me the board has come, and they need five days for changing the display microphone etc to the new board, I contacted after 5 days and was told that the board has not come, which came as a shock to me, Then why did they say the board was there, NO answer for this question was given till date, Now they say the company has no more spare parts, Well you can see the problem, Anyway this is the lastsamsung I will ever buy, I\'am comparing this to the SONY service, which did repair my Camera which was under warranty in just two hours, Samsung service does not exist, They do not have parts to repair, and their service centre is filled with rude people who do not even know how to open a mobile phone battery,
