On 21st Jan 2011 I have taken my journey through Sampoorne Kranti train#12394. It started without any delay, but then getting late by 7Hrs till it reached the destination Patna. There is no fog and weather disturbances as well. This is happening to all the trains either going to or coming from Bihar. I think either railway department has some reservation against Bihari or some ill faced instruction has come from railway ministry boss. So please stop making discrimination among common men. By doing this you are dividing peoples according to there region. Stop doing these malpractices.
