I am working with Large India Industries Corp Ltd as RM at Lucknow.Given interview through Career Bright consultancy on 22 Jan 2014 and joined on 01 Feb 2014 however offer given to me on 05 Feb 2014 and effective working date is also mentioned as 05 Feb 2014.While interview it was told to me that I have to make a sales team of 10 BDM (Business Development Managers) and manage them in sales ans as salary annual package is 420000/PA.

The company is engaged in network marketing and every person who joins the company has to make a team of 2 persons.The company is accepting funds from customers stating that they will keep funds as FD,RD and MIS plans and at maturity the customer will get interest ranging from 13-18% which is quite unbelievable.In addition the person who source or introduces the other will get a commision ranging from 13 to 40% on spot.How ever we never saw distributing them commision.As per owner of company Mr.Ajay the company is running successfully in rural areas of Jaunpur,Azamgarh,Shahganj,Ambedkar Nagar.

As the company is new and no one is aware of the company so we have to not only make sales but have to make aware about the company to the customers,we worked hard to promote the companies by field work,conducting meetings by our own pocket but we failed to get business in the whole month but we made a platform for business by promoting the company and making awareness to the customers about the benefits.Also I made a team of 4 people under me.

At the last week of the month Feb 2014 Mr.Ajay informed us that salary will be credited by 5th of next month i.e. on 5th March 2014.But on 5th Mr.Ajay was not in Lucknow so we wait for next day.Next day we went to the office and asked for salary amount.Instantly he started shouting and abusing us and said that no salary will be given because this is a target related job and no sales has been done so no salary.We urged him to give us at least the expenses done by us but he blamed us as liars and said that he don't know us and why we are asking for salary.As an opposition we replied to lodge a petition against him,but he shouted go and do whatever you want I am a millionaire and can buy anyone and no harm we can do.

Company is also publishing on its portal that they are involved in several business like goatry,fisheries,hotel industry,EMU business,print media etc but in actual no such business are being done.Company is using logo just like LIC of India and cheating people that it is a subsidiary of LIC that's why its name is LIIC.The poor and illiterate people are being cheated by them.

Request your kind advice for getting our salary amount and stop them to cheat common people.
