Hello

I have given proper resignation and served a notice of one month as well but still my company has not given my salary for one full month i.e. July'2010 and thirteen days of August'2010. Also, they have not given reliving letter to me.

Plz help me as I need my company.

I leaft the organization due to non payment of my salary dues from past 9 months and contenious failure of the commitments and assurance,Still i have given them so many mails and letters but they are not responding me,not ven picking up my calls.

What should i do,Please help me out.
